The GA3700 and GA3700A fan kit(s) is designed to fit a number of fireplaces, including models from Desa Tech, FMI, Vanguard and Vexar. The blower kit includes all of the components you'll need to successfully install a blower into your fireplace for the first time.
Because the GA3700 and GA3700A kits do NOT include a thermostat on/off switch, you must have a wall switch that has been designated to control the electrical outlet below your fireplace. If a wall switch for this outlet is not present, using the GA3700T or GA3700TB blower kit is required. The GA3700T / GA3700TB blower kit(s) includes a thermostat which can be used to control the blower's on/off operation automatically.
