• Cast Stainless Steel Burners are with a protective lip above the ports to prevent clogging from grease. Generates up to 31,000 BTUs per burner. Guaranteed for life.
• Charcoal Smoker Basket enhances the flavor of the food you grill by adding charcoal or wood chips. Grills with charcoal, or smokes with soaked wood chips. Stainless steel basket sits on top of the burner easily igniting the charcoal or wood chips.
• Chrome Digital Thermometer with Meat Probe allows you to operate all zones at one temperature, or control each zone independently to grill a variety of foods at once. Built-in oven light switch. Choice of 4 colors for back lighting.
• Echelon Drip Tray is made with ball bearings for easy glide. Perfect size for easy handling. Use with Fire Magic drip tray liners for convenient cleanup.
