The Legacy Big Sur S48TLP Commercial Grill features all stainless steel contstruction, 960 sq. in. of commercial grade stainless steel cooking area, electronic ignition, four stainless steel burners with a total rating of 90,000 BTUs, laser etched markings on control panel, anti-theft knobs and a PGS FuelStop® one hour gas flow timer built right into the control panel. The S48TLP can be built directly into a masonry enclosure or used on our portable cart item #S48CART. The entire grill and its components carry a one year full parts repalcement warranty when used in a commercial application (an industry first!). Models have a full array of matching accessories available such as doors, drawers and beverage centers. ETL/Intertek Certified. Patent Pending
