The Regal charcoal grill 500 features 625 sq. in. total cooking space, heavy-duty cast iron cooking grids, a dual-purpose charcoal tray, a removable ashtray, and fully adjustable dampers.

	Lower Shelf A sturdy lower shelf provides added strength and storage to the smoker cart.
	Removable Stainless Steel Ash Trays Located in both the large and small smoking chambers; simply open the side door and slide out the tray to quickly and easily remove ash.

	Porcelain-Coated Cast Iron Cooking Grids These grids are made from cast iron and coated with a matte, porcelain finish. They hold heat effortlessly and deliver the best sear marks for the perfect steak. On the opposite side of the grids, you'll see V-shaped channels that are designed to channel drippings into the drip tray.
