Typically, in wood-fired ovens, the stack vents directly out of the oven chamber, causing heat loss even when the door is on. However, in our Pro Series, the ovens with the door on the oven chamber is essentially sealed preventing heat from escaping through the stack. Made entirely of 1.5mm thick AISI304 Stainless Steel inner shell, and 1.5mm thick AISI304 Lacquered Aluminum outer casing, it will stand the test of time and will remain in great working condition for years to come.
- Fast Pizzas, Slow Roasts - Because of its design, you can cook quickly with the intense heat necessary for pizzas and flatbreads when the oven door is open. Once the door is closed, there cannot be fire (as the air intake is cut) and the heat is retained inside the chamber, cooking the food through conduction and convection.
