When we invented the infrared grill forty years ago, TEC Grills was in a league of its own. No other grill could get as hot as ours for that perfect sear. But people grill more than steaks and burgers, so our engineers went back to the drawing board to fine-tune our burners. Today, we’re in a league of our own for the opposite reason: no other infrared grill on the market is capable of turning down to an ultra-low 200°, the perfect temp for slow cooking a pork shoulder or smoking ribs. Infrared Smoker/Roaster
Try roasting a turkey, or add wood chips and smoke it. For authentic Southern pulled pork, barbeque Boston butts low for 8, 10, 12 hours – depending on the size – without even turning them. Chicken wings on a TEC smoker/roaster come off tender and juicy, and delicate foods like fish and vegetables retain all their natural juices.

- Includes a slotted roasting rack, a heavy-duty 12-gauge radiant drip tray, and a chip corral.
- The roasting rack slides easily over the back of the grill’s hood body and extends to the front of the grill, leaving a small area of grate exposed where the chip corral neatly contains wood chips when smoking.
- The radiant drip tray is designed to be placed beneath the meat rack, directly on top of the cooking grates. It not only collects the drippings from food but further slows the cooking process to ensure a low, slow barbeque, roasting, and smoking experience.
