Broil King®‘s Cabinet Smokers are designed for the weekend griller who loves the great smoky flavor. A double-walled body and doors provide superior heat control and durability while cast-aluminum Roto-Draft™ dampers regulate the temperature. These smokers include four stainless steel racks, providing lots of room for ribs, fish, poultry, and anything else you want to smoke.

Vertical Gas Smoker

The Vertical Gas Smoker features 770 sq. in. total cooking space, four adjustable stainless steel cooking grids, Sure-Lite™ electronic ignition system, Adjustable Roto-Draft™ cast aluminum damper system, and two rugged steel doors with a gasket premium latch system.

	Adjustable Latch System Both doors on the Broil King® Smoke™ models come equipped with silicon gaskets and steel latches ensuring a tight seal to keep the temperature in while infusing great smoky flavor.
	Bottle Opener Enjoy a cold beverage with this handy bottle opener. Made of durable chrome-plated steel, it will always be there when you need to quench your summer thirst.
	Integrated Meat Hooks Every vertical smoker comes with 16 Stainless steel hooks. Leave the upper rack in place, and use the 16 hooks provided to hang chicken pieces and any other item that may work.
	Fold-Down Drip Tray The unique stainless steel fold-down drip tray allows for drip-free loading and unloading of smoked foods.
	Accu-Temp™ Thermometer The accurate built-in thermometer ensures that you can maintain the exact temperature you need.
	Roto-Draft™ Dampers Fully adjustable dampers are made of heavy-duty cast aluminum with a stylish chrome coating. They allow precise temperature control by limiting the airflow through the cooking chambers.
	Heavy-Duty Stainless Steel Cooking Grids Broil King® Smoke™ vertical models all come with 4 fully adjustable grids. With 4 cubic feet of adjustable cooking capacity, there is plenty of room to smoke a variety of meat all at the same time.
	Stainless Steel Burner The 14,000 BTU stainless steel burner provides even, efficient heat and also comes with a 5-year warranty.
