Chicago Brick Oven 500 Pizza Oven DIY Kit is a great choice for layouts that require an oven with a smaller footprint. Use this DIY to place inside your outdoor kitchen.
When it comes to installation, it is pretty straight forward but requires some hardscaping experience. Create a design by choosing your style and facing material to complete the pizza oven look. Use any combination of stone, in any texture or color, to create a stunning oven that will complete your backyard experience.
Chicago Brick ovens are manufactured to produce a rolling fire, creating the perfect versatile cooking environment. Bake slowly at 200 degrees fahrenheit like wine-braised beef, or up to 1,000 degrees fahrenheit for a 90-second Neapolitan pie. Fire your hearth with apple, maple or cherry woods to produce irresistible, dynamic flavors.
The hearths of all the models are uniquely formulated with high-strength, cast-refractory, USA-sourced materials to ensure safe and reliable year-round cooking. The 500, 750 and 1000 model domes incorporate steel fibers into the formulation for long-term durability at intense heat levels. The forged steel dome of our Americano model provides dependability in a less demanding heat range.
