This Buck Stove Model 74 Non-Catalytic Wood Stove is designed as a freestanding, insert, or zero-clearance wood-burning appliance. It comes with a built-in variable speed blower and secondary Re-burn tubes for high-efficiency burn without a catalyst.
It is also designed to accommodate 16-inch logs placed front to back, or 22-inch logs placed side-to-side. The Buck models 74 and 74ZC are Washington and Oregon state-approved.

I bought this stove because my gas bill was killing me. I figured that I could just switch over to wood and go back to the good 'ole days. The Buck Stove Model 74 Wood burning Stove is hands down the best investment I have made in a while!
The 74 was my choice of non catalytic because of the re burn pipes and the ease of cleaning the flue pipe. We heat 24/7 with no other source of heat. The only thing I have to do is take out the ashes every once in a while and add wood as needed to keep it going full time. This thing is a dream for any home owner who needs to save on time and money!
Delayed Delivery, not happy
I know winter is coming, I know it's going to be cold, but I don't care. My Buck Stove Model 74 Wood burning Stove is ready to go. This stove will keep you warm for 12 hours on a single load of wood and has never given me any problems.
I've been thinking of installing an insert in my fireplace for some time, but this year's cold weather put me over the top. A friend recommended it and I was sold!
