Bromic Heating Warranty is applicable to the original owner only. In accordance with the warranty terms and conditions specified below.
Bromic Heating or its agent (the warrantor) will furnish the ORIGINAL OWNER;
1. a replacement Bromic Heating heater or
2. a replacement part for any component part which fails.
For both commercial and residential applications the warranty is one year (7 Years on Elements) from the date of purchase.
IMPORTANT: Bromic Heaters must be installed by a licensed technician. Installation attempted by a non-authorized agent/technician will void the warranty.

Works great.
This heater works well. It is compact. It gives off enough heat in our patio, and you feel the warmth as soon as you switch it on. The only thing is, like most outdoor heaters, it has a number of restrictions on where it can be installed....minimum height above the ground, minimum distance from any combustibles (patio roof, window, light fixtures, etc.). So be sure you have the appropriate clearances. We're thinking of getting another one for the far end of the patio.
